There was a consultation fee of 10,000 won, and first I had a consultation with the counselor, then the doctor, in that order. For the more detailed parts, I talked with the doctor. They weren't especially friendly or especially blunt, just straightforward and fact-based in the consultation. At the end they told me to ask anything I was curious about, and after looking at the photos they explained the surgical method. Then they examined inside my nose with a cotton swab and said it seemed like the septum alone would be enough, and if needed they would use ear cartilage additionally.
