There was a consultation fee, but they looked at everything in such detail and with such care that it did not feel wasteful. They recommended incision and ptosis correction, and I had written down the questions I wanted to ask; they answered everything kindly. I still need to go to a few more consultations, so I have not set the surgery in stone yet.
