I went for a lifting consultation, and both the director and the staff member who handled the consultation were kind, which I liked. More than anything, I liked that they did not pressure me about a reservation deposit or anything like that. They pointed out exactly what was necessary and explained things in an easy-to-understand way, so it was very helpful.
