I really had high expectations, but the consultation was more unsettling than I expected ㅜ Sometimes there are comments saying they are unfriendly, and I had mostly thought that maybe some of the issue was on the customer's side too.. I asked about these concerns and how they could be improved, but they kept seeming bothered, and it felt like they wanted to finish quickly.. As a layperson, I want to hear a specialist's specific opinion on how it can be improved, but what do you want to do, the customer...
