I went because it seemed famous on YouTube. They did not charge a consultation fee. Director Lee Gyeong-muk was neither friendly nor unfriendly. What I liked was that he clearly said no to things that could not be done. He said he would use silicone + nasal septum + ear cartilage, and if there was not enough, donated costal cartilage? When adding donated costal cartilage, it costs an extra 1.3 million won. He quoted more than twice as much as other places. It seems to be because he raises it with two struts, but many other hospitals also use two struts to make the columella sturdy... Because he flatly says no to things that cannot be done, the consultation ends quickly. Even with donated costal cartilage, the estimate is not expensive. He just tells you not to do unnecessary things. I saw many places say that even though mine is a revision case, my columella could be sufficiently raised with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but since he kept mentioning donated costal cartilage, I felt he is a director who is comfortable using donated costal cartilage. I wanted to use costal cartilage as a last option, so for now I wanted to raise it with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, so I passed. + He did not seem to listen well to the design the patient wants, so I passed on that point too. But if you like this director's design, I think it would be good to just trust him and proceed (he is a director with a leading style, so it is easy to feel like you can rely on him).
