I went for a consultation, and I felt that the director really prioritizes safety~ He also explained on screen what kind of surgery would be done, showed me many before-and-after photos of cases similar to my nose, and asked me many questions, so he was kind~ The manager was kind too, and I liked the quiet feeling, like a neighborhood clinic.
