The inside of the clinic was neat, and I had a consultation for nostril reduction with the director right on time. The director and the manager both had none of that typical commercial plastic-surgery vibe; they were down-to-earth, and even when I asked random questions about other procedures I had heard about at another clinic, they answered without the slightest hint of annoyance.
