It seems best to go in knowing that the director has a very clear personal preference. He seems to strongly pursue natural beauty and prefers surgery that makes the face suit the person naturally. The clinic facilities are a bit old, but I didn't go into the operating room so I don't know. The nurse was also kind, which was nice.
