Clinic: ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ (ㄱㅈㅇ) -Quiet and not many people, but... -I didn't go to the 15th floor where the operating room and recovery room are, so I don't know the atmosphere there -The doctor draws Instagram comics, and it seems some foreign patients come too
2. Consultation process: Fill out chart -> CT scan -> consultation with the manager (about 5 min) -> consultation with the director (about 20 min) -> consultation with the manager (about 5 min)
2-1. Consultation with the director -First impression: came in after doing the design. A gentle man -Personality: sweet guy
2-2. Diagnosis and surgery 1) Upturned nose -Having an angle is good, but -from the front, it looks slightly upturned -It needs to be brought down while increasing the height
2) Low nasal bridge -Silicone 3-4 mm -My forehead is high and pretty, and the nose line isn't bad either, but the height difference is too big, so it needs to be raised -Because the area between my eyes is on the narrow side (the horizontal width of my face itself is narrow), if it is too high, it will look crowded toward the center -A straight-to-slightly-curved bridge, but with some curve in it -The starting point of the nose is around the middle of the pupils (<- good)
3) Nasal tip -Slightly bulbous nose, on the firm side -Septal cartilage + ear cartilage -But if there isn't enough septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage may need to be used, though using donated costal cartilage for a primary surgery is a bit over the top... (won't know until they open it) -Both septal extension and columellar strut are used, and which procedure is used differs by person. Septal extension is not necessarily a bad procedure. -Because I do have some nasal tip compared to the bridge (<- meaning relatively!!), there is no need to raise the nasal tip a lot
4) Do I have a crooked nose? It is normal
5) Other diagnosis -My face is very small, especially narrow horizontally (they say this everywhere I go...) -So proportionally, the midface can look long, but the midface is not actually long
3. Consultation with the manager -It wasn't forced deposit pressure, more like a recommendation -When I said I needed to consult with my guardian, she asked, then when can you contact us again? I said within 3 days, and she said okay
3-1. Cost (including VAT) -3.1 million (with VAT 3.41 million) -If using donated costal cartilage, 4 million (4.4 million) -If you write a review, -300,000. Partial portrait rights, with everything except the nose mosaicked. But it gets used in too many places (cafe, app, Facebook, YouTube, etc...)
3-2. Surgery time: I forgot and didn't ask, but surgery time is usually up to around 2 hours, so...
4. Aftercare -Day 2, 7, 11-14 (choose 1), month 1, 3, 6 -Swelling laser service every visit, the director checks directly -AS 1 year: if revision surgery is needed, additional costs may occur -CCTV ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Price. If donated costal cartilage is not used... it is the cheapest among the places I have gone to so far Shape. I liked the reviews when doing online research, and it also felt good when they shaped it with a cotton swab. Consultation. It was good. Surgery. If donated costal cartilage is not used... it is reasonable. And septal extension... there is a lot of talk about it, and some places say "we don't do it at our clinic"... but here, I might end up doing it...
For now, I'm drawn to it.
