I went for an eye consultation, and Director Lee was very thorough, explained things well, and carefully looked at the features of my eyes and explained about how much result I could expect, so even though I ended up having it done somewhere else, it was helpful. The reason I had it done somewhere else was that the manager clearly looked like someone who had had eye surgery, pushed me hard for a deposit, and then the moment I put down the deposit, they let out a long sigh and their attitude completely changed, so I lost trust and canceled it.
