I went in for a revision consultation. Since the procedure I had before was a buried suture, the director recommended incision, eye correction, upper canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty. And they said I probably wouldn't need the lower canthoplasty. They said it was optional, and overall the staff felt pretty friendly. But unless you ask questions, they don't seem to explain things in great detail.
