I got the consultation and then had the surgery, and overall the staff weren’t really that friendly. I’d say the atmosphere was kind of stiff. And in the consultation with the manager, it was just okay, but when I consulted with Dr. Kim, he was very kind. After the surgery, what I was disappointed about was that I came back a month later because of a shape issue, and I asked whether the tip of my nose was drooping and various other things, but I didn’t really get any clear, direct answers, so it was frustrating.
