I was startled that they quoted twice the price elsewhere first. When I looked surprised, they gradually lowered the price, but I lost trust. There was pressure to book on the same day, though it wasn't too severe. The manager just did not suit me at all. She suddenly added surgeries the director had not mentioned, and kept trying to tack on extras. It felt more like the manager was pushing things than the director.. The director was really kind, and seemed to have a high level of understanding of my facial structure and my eyes. Before I even asked, he pressed around to feel how thick my eyelids were, and he also pointed out the degree of skin laxity and thickness first.
