I had septal surgery 5 years ago, but only the back part was shaved down, so the front is bent to the point where it is almost stuck against the wall.
I had the first surgery at a local clinic using a closed approach, and they treated sinusitis, the nasal septum, inferior turbinate reduction, and polyp removal.
When getting the first surgery, I really hope people think it over carefully and go to a well-known hospital with a lot of clinical experience rather than a local clinic.
