I had nose surgery with Director Kim Gwi-rak 4 years ago. Because my nose was long, I was going to avoid putting in silicone, but I remember being told that I would regret it unless at least a little was inserted, so I had a small amount put in, and the tip was done using ear cartilage. But now the tip of my nose drooped too quickly, so I had revision surgery at another clinic, and strangely enough the revision surgery had less swelling. That was surprising. Honestly, I wasn't happy with the design done here
