I booked a consultation for nose surgery and visited, but I ended up waiting for over an hour. The patients waiting kept asking over and over when they could possibly see the doctor, but they only kept saying to wait a little longer, and that made me a bit angry. After finally waiting and seeing the doctor, the examination was so perfunctory.... It really seemed to be over in under 30 seconds. They said, "If you do the nose like this it will be fine, and it would probably be better not to do the forehead. Any more questions...?" I was embarrassed, so I just left. Next time, I think it would be better for everyone if they took fewer patient reservations... I’d like to visit again at a time when there aren’t many people and get a proper consultation.
