Breast Surgery Reviews@breast-review

I Had Surgery with Motiva

Before before before (the reason I decided to have surgery) In my case, it was a slightly unusual case compared with others. I made a sudden decision, quickly set a surgery date, and went ahead with breast surgery. After exclusively breastfeeding two children for over 20 months each, I lost upper-breast volume, so the top part of my bra was completely empty. Since two years ago, I had been discussing with my husband whether I should have surgery~ Should I try it while I’m even a year younger~ I heard clothes fit better too~ My husband said that since I worked hard exclusively breastfeeding, he would pay for breast surgery as a reward and gift, so I chose to do it~ I thought I should do it when he says he’ll do it, and he also said he would help with the breast surgery cost, so hehe People around me also said, if your husband says he’ll pay for it, definitely do it! haha I’m a working mom, so I didn’t have much time. I used to live with simple thoughts like, an older married woman has no reason to wear low-cut clothes anyway, and I can just wear a padded bra, so what... But it still bothered me.

It happened to be the kids’ vacation, so while I was off work for vacation, I made a sudden decision, booked a date right away, and proceeded. I only had one consultation and decided right there. People say they go to several places for consultations, but my husband and I both saw Director Kim’s impression and surgical principles at Lovelyan Plastic Surgery, and we trusted that he would do breast augmentation safely, honestly, and well, so I entrusted my breast surgery to him. I don’t live in Seoul either, so it was hard to go around to hospital consultations, and big hospitals felt like factories with several directors, so I didn’t want to go. Even now, I think choosing Lovelyan was a good decision.

(Hospital consultation visit) After consulting with the director, I was even more convinced! Just as he advised, I put in 360 cc. My rib cage was larger than I thought, size 80. At first I wondered if two 360 implants might be too big, but because my shoulders and rib cage were proportional to my height, when they put the implants in and had me wear a tight T-shirt, it looked appropriate. He said it was a large size but wouldn’t look large~ He explained that because I’m tall, this was an appropriate size and it’s better not to compare with other people’s reviews. It didn’t feel burdensome at all, and I loved it. Ah~ so this is what it feels like~ . . I thought, this is why everyone does it. I compared and listened to explanations while thoroughly touching the texture of Sebbin, Mentor, and Motiva implants. I chose Motiva because it had the lowest risk, a low possibility of side effects, and felt good like natural breasts. Since I was doing it anyway, I went with the best one. I’m still satisfied now!

Motiva 360 cc on both sides, and inframammary incision (I chose it because, while parenting, I inevitably have to use my arms a lot, and they said recovery is fast and it’s good for placing larger implants.) The scar healed so well! And because the breast shape comes out naturally, it’s covered and not visible.

(Surgery day) The surgery started at 1:30, and they observed my progress sufficiently in the recovery room while I rested. I came out around 6:30. Maybe thanks to the painkillers, or maybe because the director did the surgery so well without making it painful, I went home feeling completely fine.

(The day after surgery) I expected it would hurt. But I struggled quite a lot. The moment I lay down to sleep at night, my upper body hurt. In the morning it hurt so much I couldn’t move. (I couldn’t even lift my neck and couldn’t move at all.) When I contacted the manager, she responded right away, so I urgently left the kids with someone and barely made it to the hospital after an hour and a half. I liked that I could reach them right away too; at the time I was in too much pain to realize it, but thinking back now, it was really good. They arranged for me to see the director right away. There are individual differences, but in my case my skin type is very thick and not stretchy, so I had neuralgia ㅠ That’s why there was a limit and they couldn’t put in more than 360 cc implants. . Since we went to the maximum, neuralgia happened..

As a post-surgery tip, I slept for a week in a massage chair or half-reclined. I was careful. For about a month, I had some neuralgia, but the pain gradually dulled, and I also tolerate pain well. When I went to see the director for follow-ups, he said it wasn’t becoming dull, but that the pain was decreasing. As things gradually get better, desire has no end.  Once the swelling went down, I thought I should have gone bigger. . hahaha

Every time I go for aftercare, Director Kim says the result is so good, a perfect 100 points, and gives me double thumbs up. (Texture, inframammary incision scar, softness, shape, etc. . ) I managed the scar well by wearing underwear and applying Cica-Care gel sheets properly.

I’m surprised myself that my first step into cosmetic surgery was breast augmentation, and I’m satisfied. I trusted him more because Director Kim is a Doctor of Medicine, and proceeding while trusting the director was an excellent choice. I totally recommend it! I’m also very, very satisfied that I did Motiva. It’s really firm and resilient like natural breasts, and soft~ like mochi; the texture is the best. I like the shape too, and I think it turned out well enough.
