The director tried to match my requests as much as possible and was kind. At other places, to dissolve lip filler, they say you have to dissolve all of it, but here it was nice because they could slightly dissolve only the clumped areas, so the volume could be adjusted. Staff kindness was average. Before the lip procedure, when they do the cream anesthesia, even if you're wearing tinted lipstick, they don't wipe it off and just apply it right over it and proceed with the procedure, which was a bit concerning for hygiene and disappointing.
