I had a consultation, and the manager was so rude. Very, very... first, even though I went on time for my appointment, I had to wait about two hours, and there was no notice at all about the waiting time, so just being made to wait without any explanation didn’t feel good. It may be unavoidable because it was crowded and popular, but still, the response from all the staff was below expectations....
