It’s my first surgery, and these are the clinics I decided on and visited after doing online research and organizing things in my own way. This is written subjectively, so please use it just for reference!
1. TTY
I waited a little. I don’t think it was that long, but waiting made me kind of nervous and extremely bored. I kept thinking about what I should ask and looking back over the notes I’d written down.. Maybe it was because I was feeling a bit rushed too lol The consultation went in the order of consultant -> director, and the director was kind. They tried to match the design I wanted too, but it felt a little different from what I had in mind, so that was disappointingㅠㅠ
2. NSH
I didn’t wait long here! Most of it was a simple consultation with the consultant, and they were kind and handled it well. The director looked at my eyes from different angles, drew various lines, and respected the direction I wanted, saying they would match it as much as possible. But I didn’t really like it that muchㅎ.. Then I consulted with the consultant again! They said aftercare/AS is 3 years; honestly, I was tempted by that, but if the surgery goes well, there’s no need to go for AS anyway.. Still, I did think it seemed good for now, either way! It was okay, but I was disappointed that the consultation was short, and I think there was a bit of pressure to book on the same day. 3. RLDYSR
Here, I think I waited about 10 minutes and went right in? I went straight into the director’s consultation, and I got the feeling that the director has a meticulous personality. They explained the surgery in detail, and while drawing the line, if I said I wanted it slightly like this, they adjusted it little by little to match that, and I got a line I liked. I think just that took about 15 minutes, and I liked that they didn’t seem too concerned about the consultation time. So I could ask what I was curious about at ease, and it was good because I could hear a detailed explanation about the surgery. After that, cost consultation with the consultant,, But the location was a bit awkward lol I had to go separately all the way to Apgujeong Rodeo, so I put my name on the waitlist in advance for a famous bagel place, got the consultation, had time left, went into a cafe, took photos, killed time, and then bought it lol Waiting for the Tableling reservation actually took longer.. Still, the consultation was good, and I thought it was worth coming despite that.
For me, I liked the line at number 3 the most, and I trusted that the director gave a relaxed consultation, so I put down a deposit.
