It’s been a while since I had the consultation, so I don’t remember very well, but in my case my jawbone itself was square, so I got masseter Botox knowing it would have almost no effect The doctor also told me in advance, and the doctor was kind! They showed me other people’s before-and-after photos too. But the consultant was nice, yet what was it, I got a slightly curt feeling from her. The hospital facilities themselves were really good, and the reason I lowered the staff kindness score was because of the consultant. As for surgical expectations, lol, it was because my face wasn’t the kind that would improve with square jaw Botox lol
