Before I met the doctor, I had a consultation first with the consultation manager, and she picked apart my nose like she was an expert and kept saying I needed to do this and that, which was a bit overwhelming. The consultation with the doctor was shorter than I expected. There were quite a few people who had already had nose surgery there.
