I had double eyelid surgery with buried sutures 10 years ago, and it came undone, so I was looking into hospitals again and went because it seemed like a place that was getting popular lately. Since it was a revision eye surgery, I prepared a list of questions and asked about everything one by one, and the explanations were given so calmly and clearly that I felt reassured. The head coordinator and the other staff members were all kind too. It has been less than a year since the clinic opened, so I was a little hesitant, but the kindness and detailed explanations made me lean toward it a lot.
