I visited for a consultation for male eye-correction surgery. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait about an hour before I could be seen. The consultation went in the order of manager - director - manager. I asked the director a lot of different things, and although he answered calmly, it did not feel especially friendly. Things that another clinic had said were important were brushed off here with comments like, "You do not need to worry about that here," so I was a little disappointed. Since it is a large hospital, there was some pressure to make a reservation after the consultation ended.
