The consultation with the doctor was good. They also took a long time with the consultation and were kind. I asked a ton of questions, but they didn’t show even a hint of annoyance. The hospital was the biggest one I’ve been to, and I liked that the chairs in the waiting room had partitions. But the consultation manager was kind of bad. They pressured me to book on the same day, and they put down other clinics... The doctor and the manager felt completely opposite.
