Botox for the square jaw is cheap here, so I get it often. I heard domestic products can lead to resistance, so I tried one from Germany once too, but I think just getting the domestic one is fine, so from next time on I'll probably just get the cheaper one! I didn't really have any swelling or anything, and the effects showed up after about two weeks.
