Review after 15 years of nose surgery

Back then, cosmetic surgery information wasn’t as developed as it is now, so I just had it done through someone I knew. I had silicone in the nasal bridge + a little ear cartilage in the nasal tip, so it wasn’t raised a lot, and even when there was swelling, it was already mostly straight with just a very slight nasal tip. Within a year, the nasal tip came down a little, and now the tip has dropped quite a bit. After it dropped in the beginning, it seems to have held up well since then. I lived without paying much attention to it, but the bridge starts too high, so it looks like a man’s nose. The silicone also shows through. At 1 month post-op, a friend unknowingly hit my nose hard with a bag, and the nasal silicone became crooked (of all things, they hit it in the direction my nasal bridge was already bent; I only realized this recently after getting a CT while preparing to look around for revision surgery) --> I wanted revision surgery, but maybe because it was through someone I knew, they dissuaded me, saying everything can’t be perfectly symmetrical anyway, and told me to just live with it. As for functional issues, maybe because it was raised, the cartilage inside my nose is bent, so when I touch the inside of my nose with my hand, it feels uneven, but I have no breathing problems and no side effects like contracture. I think it was because I didn’t overdo it and only raised it moderately. It held up well for 15 years, and honestly there are no major issues so I could just live with it, but I’m thinking about revision surgery because I want to correct the crooked nose and nasal tip and make my image a bit more feminine.
