It was consultation manager - director - consultation manager in that order, and after briefly discussing the surgery I needed and wanted with the manager, the director came in and, instead of talking all at once, first shaped my eyes for me. Things like, how about this? What about this? They just created the line first, and when I asked if an epicanthoplasty was possible, they did not recommend it. They seemed very confident and looked like they were aiming for a natural result. After the director left, I consulted with the manager again about discounts, and since there was a big discount if I put down a deposit, I went ahead and paid one because a refund was possible. I will probably look at other places too, but I am still thinking about this one a bit.
