Every time I go, I feel like the elevators are too small even though there are two of them. They stop on every floor, so it takes forever just to wait for one. I had to wait a little for the director, but since I said I was in a hurry, they came right away and clearly pointed out only the important facts (anticipated nerve line, cheek sagging, and so on, including liposuction). They said liposuction was optional. They were kind, and the consultation was fine, but I saw some bad posts so I canceled.
