I had nose surgery last Monday, and during the consultation I didn't get anything like Photoshop images. Maybe because I didn't ask questions, they just told me the shape I wanted and the areas to improve, and the consultation ended in about 3 minutes. Then I discussed the cost with the consultant, made a reservation about a week later, and had the surgery. I really find going around to multiple clinics bothersome, so I thought about it a bit, looked at review photos, and booked right away. But originally, during surgery, do they try to put you under anesthesia before the director comes in..? And during the surgery, for the nose sketch, they only marked things like the start point and end point. I'm very happy with the surgical result, but in terms of aftercare, I hardly get to see the director.. 3 minutes during consultation, 3 minutes before surgery, 1 second before anesthesia..
