I’m writing this in the hope that there will never again be another victim like me. If you’re interested in lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning or are about to have surgery, I really hope you read this once and make a choice you won’t regret.
First of all, as far as I know, the hospital where I had surgery has a lot of promotional posts on communities and apps. I can’t tell whether they are real reviews, advertisements, brokers, or company posts, but the most unfair thing would be deciding on surgery after reading an unsourced post and then getting side effects. You can’t go back. The fact is that once something is damaged, no matter what amount you pay, it can never be restored.
★ As someone who has had surgery, I really regret choosing this hospital because I couldn’t find posts like this. Don’t regret it like I do. Even if you end up regretting it, regretting after knowing and regretting without knowing are different. I hope there will never again be another victim like me.

I had lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning + nanofat grafting for dark circles + anterior cheek fat grafting at xx Plastic Surgery Clinic in Sinsa. Afterward, I got so many side effects.
★ Side-effect symptoms ★
★ Sensation disappeared on half of my face; I think it’s nerve damage (tingling and numbness through my cheekbone, nose, under-eye area, and even my lips) ★ Scleral show (the under-eye area is fixed and won’t lift, so my eyes are uneven, and when I smile, one eye doesn’t close completely) ★ Dark circles (they got worse. People around me say as soon as they see me, “Why are your dark circles so bad?”) ★ The aegyo-sal boundary disappeared / I also show symptoms of entropion
* They discarded my before/after photos too, so they won’t let me check them (is this really a professional hospital?) During the consultation, they say they’re professional. They say there’s a line of people who want surgery even without seeing the director. Don’t believe the consultation manager 100%.. So I think you have to be careful about being swayed.
After I got these side effects, I requested a follow-up with the director. But they wouldn’t schedule the director follow-up? (The story is long, but I’ll write only the facts.) They only told me to wait, only said we needed to watch it as time passed, coaxed and avoided me, and didn’t schedule the director follow-up.
After 8-9 months, I finally got to see the director for follow-up. But the answers I heard at the follow-up were personally so absurd, and I couldn’t understand them, so I requested another follow-up together with my guardian. ★ They confidently gave false and untrue information, saying that having a follow-up with a guardian is a violation of the Medical Service Act.. I was so dumbfounded that I asked several times. Both the coordinator team and the consultation manager gave the same false guidance. (I have phone and KakaoTalk evidence.)
When I said let’s finish this with a full refund and an apology from the staff who gave false guidance, they said they would process a half refund? And when I asked for apologies from the staff who gave the false guidance, they said the staff were young and the guidance was insufficient. They said if that happened, it would cause a problem in personnel management (meaning they would quit?) So we wrapped it up with them telling me not to contact them in the future about future treatment, A/S, revision surgery, refunds, etc.
And then someone called the general manager? whom I had never seen at the hospital contacted me using an alias. It was my first time seeing a plastic surgery clinic use aliases. Anyway, the surgical result is one thing, but if I had known the aftercare would be like this, I wouldn’t have had the surgery at all. And they told me that follow-ups with the director are originally not available afterward..... without informing me before surgery.. I hope everyone knows exactly before deciding on surgery.
★★★ When you get a consultation, ask this and that and at least record it..
As someone experiencing side effects, I’ll say just one thing.
“Side-effect review” posts end up being temporarily restricted, so in reality it’s hard for them to reach consumers’ eyes, making it difficult to make the right choice.
Across all kinds of apps and communities, most of the posts that get uploaded are only successful cases.
※ Recommendation posts, review posts, and even question posts may also be written by hospitals, and there are broker recommendations too.
★ Think about it. There are no patients who have had successful surgery and then keep leaving review posts and managing comments.
But many people decide on surgery after seeing posts whose source they can’t identify... Everyone, please be careful and look into things thoroughly.

- An acquaintance did it and it turned out well. An acquaintance had it done.
- He is a master of revision surgery, he is really good at revision surgery.
- Is this place good at surgery? > Yeah, I heard that place is good. I had it done there, I had it too, etc.
- Anyone know information~ etc. > I heard this place is good.
- This or that place is good, so I’m satisfied with the consultation; I had a consultation here and it was good, etc.
There are many posts like this that are hard to distinguish, so just use them as reference...
I hope people who are always getting cosmetic surgery look into every detail, think it over a hundred times, and be careful.
It will help to look at the side-effect tab on cosmetic apps and the side-effect tab in communities, especially “real reviews” (as far as I know, there are many promotional posts to draw people into consultations, even among community reviews, recommendation posts, and question posts ... keep that in mind.)
I hope you recognize the risks of surgery to some extent and decide carefully. I’m writing this for information-sharing purposes, hoping you don’t make the same mistake as me.
Once something is already ruined, it can never be reversed. The hospital won’t take responsibility either. That’s a fact.
