Review after going for a nose revision consultation at ㄹㅅㅍ / ㅎㅇㅂ It’s been 5 years since my nose surgery, and no one knew I’d had a nose job. The reason they didn’t know was that I had a bridge, but it felt like I only had the bridge and nothing else. My alae were also kind of broad and my nostrils were on the wider side, so I wanted to get surgery again for a slimmer, more glamorous nose.
I went to ㄹㅅㅍ because it’s famous for glamorous noses, and I left feeling like I’d become best friends with the coordinator. When they looked at my nose, it felt like we just clicked? They were very straightforward, saying things like which parts should be done, and honestly the advice they gave me was helpful. ㅇㅇ As we talked, I liked that the conversation flowed like chatting with an older sister from the neighborhood (maybe because I’m an ENFP ㅎ;;). The consultation with the director was also professional, and I was recommended a revision using autologous costal cartilage. The price was more of a shock than I expected, but I think nose revision usually costs about that much.
I was surprised that the director at ㅎㅇㅂ was so young, and also handsome ㄷㄷ I was surprised in the sense of, “A director like this is the one doing surgery?” And I was surprised a second time because the consultation was so thorough. It seemed like they focused more on the tip and the alae than on the nose as a whole, but I visited because the surgical reviews were good! But since this is also a revision nose surgery, the cost was, well...
