Waiting: long Men mostly seem to get beard laser waxing, and women seem to get various other procedures; there are tons of people regardless of gender
Note: They provide a tank top, disposable panties, disposable skirt (for Brazilian), and a gown, and there are separate changing rooms / face-washing rooms But if your nipples bother you, definitely use nipple patches Waiting around awkwardly among the mixed-gender people in everyday clothes..
Counselor: Both consultations were with the same manager The manager is one of those very intimidating sales-type women, but she’s kind and sharp, basically the kind of manager who’s seen a lot But she didn’t recommend any procedures other than what I had already planned, which was nice, and if you ask for recommendations she gives them well She explains side effects and how the procedure works (TuneLiner works with radio frequency / InMode feels like cupping) The counselor is fine
Procedure: On the first laser hair removal session, the doctor came and did it fairly carefully and in a way that didn’t hurt much, so I thought it was fine, but when there were lots of people it felt a bit rushed
For reference, the wait was so long that laser hair removal / InMode / TuneLiner / filler took 4 hours.. the laser had the longest wait
Front desk staff: unfriendly Prescription / ointment / instructions and so on that I had talked about with the counselor It seems they can’t communicate with the consultation room; they kept trying to send me off saying there’s no record of anything and they’d book my next appointment. Goodbye. If I said it stings.. they would cut me off and keep saying goodbye Get going, robot, I came out with a single sheet of instructions..
The doctors or nurses who perform the other procedures are kind (not the laser staff though; maybe it’s hard, but they’re unfriendly)
