4-month facial contouring review

Before-before and after-after, this is 4 months after facial contouring! I’ve always disliked my angular face shape, so I had wanted facial contouring for a long time. After having a consultation here, I felt I could trust this director with my face, so I chose Soda Plastic Surgery. Honestly, even up to month 3, I thought, “At this point, so much swelling has really gone down. I guess it’s improving day by day,” but now that I’m at month 4, it has definitely settled in more..! The change is even clearer when I take photos with the rear camera, and as time passes it feels like it’s becoming more complete.. I really think it’s a battle with time. Until month 2, I consistently did walking, massage, and wore the compression band, and now I’m managing it with light jaw lymphatic massage every day and by smiling and talking a lot..? As for food, I eat everything, like hamburgers, gum, jelly, and diced radish kimchi, and if you eat a little carefully, I really don’t think the type of food is an issue! But you do need to be a bit careful about sleeping posture. It still feels stiff if I press on it while lying on my side or face-down, so I think I need to be careful for a year while the bones heal. It does require some attention, but my face shape has become so much softer and I like it, so I hope it continues to settle safely just like this!
