It’s been over 5 years since I had surgery on my nasal tip using septal cartilage, but it feels like the tip of my nose is gradually getting rounder and lower. Does septal cartilage normally change shape? I heard rib cartilage has the least deformation. Is that true? For those who had surgery with septal cartilage, please let me know if you’ve had shape changes like me.
