For my very, very, very old photos... please check my other posts.. Even if you look, don’t be too shocked ㅇㅅㅇ!!!!
I started smoking again from week 2, so the scar-tissue tightness is still pretty severe. Everyone, please just grit your teeth and quit smoking for real.... I think more than 80% of my nerve sensation has come back. No problems in daily life.
I also dieted, and from 58 kg, I got down to 52.5 kg... I succeeded in lowering only my body fat percentage by 7%. Once I lost weight, my double chin naturally disappeared completely lolololol Someone here said the effect would be even bigger if I lost weight.. and after losing it, it really was true. Because my jaw was originally so square, after shaving the bone, the fat lost the place where it should have been, so the skin/fat sagged downward ㅠ
These days I’m going to the gym... Someone kept saying “pretty, pretty,” and asked what book I was reading; they said they’d been watching me for a while and wanted to ask if I was smiling, so they started talking to me. Even while exercising these days, I hear that I’m pretty, and a new younger coworker at my company also said, “Unnie, you’re pretty” lolololol I changed jobs, so if I don’t say anything, people don’t know I had my jaw and nose done lololol Now I’ve told them openly lololol
For my nose, I had a real bulbous nose and alar reduction surgery, and silicone (I heard autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage can also have side effects and are actually harder to revise than silicone, so I just put in silicone). I’m happy because it turned out so well without side effects, but the line is slightly like a straight nose, so that’s a little disappointing (I wanted a straight-with-slight-curve line). Still, it really doesn’t look obviously surgical at all, and the line and feel are like my own nose, so the advantage is that people don’t even know I had my nose done lolololololol I’m so thankful to the doctor who did my nose and the doctor who did my facial contouring...ㅠ The rhinitis surgery was perfect too... After surgery, so much blood came out of my nose that it was really hard (because I had rhinitis surgery, cosmetic rhinoplasty, and facial contouring together, the surgery time was 3 and a half hours.... the swelling was huge).
After over a month, it became bearable lololol Now I think there’s scar tissue at the incision sites inside my mouth and internal scar tissue near the lower jaw, so I’m going to get just that treated separately. It’s a bit uncomfortable when pronouncing “oh~” or “woo~.”
For the chin tip, I feel like they were going to cut it more prettily, but left it because of the chin muscles; it doesn’t feel like it was cut exactly along the square-jaw-shaving line? Since it was a T-osteotomy, it probably isn’t that, but it does feel like the bone protrudes slightly only around the nerve-line area. But the effect came out very noticeable without side effects, so I trust that the doctor must have done it well lolololololol Dr. Lee Dong-chan and Dr. Kim Yoon-jung did such a good job, and unlike other people, I actually aimed for a large hospital with lots of surgical experience, but I filtered out places that had controversies about ghost surgery, so I looked around carefully and got it done here.
I saw an article about a younger woman in her 20s who developed nerve damage as a side effect of double-jaw surgery on CCTV, and my heart hurts so much... She got it because she wanted to become prettier.. It probably seems like the nerve line was cut, and I feel sad just watching it. Everyone needs to make a serious decision before getting plastic surgery. The minor side effects I experienced are in my previous posts, so please refer to them.
