Review of my abdominal liposuction consultations!!
I was going to split this up, but it’s a long post, so warning for the wall of text. I’ve been checking this community and cafe every day lately, so I hope this helps everyone too!!

First, my stats 171 / 64 BMI normal Body fat above standard A body type with only the lower belly sticking out Not much muscle Fat-type body
On ultrasound, my lower belly was almost twice the upper belly, but the lower belly was around 2.8-9

They opened by talking about body proportions, aesthetic standards, and similar things, and explained the InBody results
There were so many good reviews about ㅃ that I went in really excited, so I practically went in thinking I’d choose them, but I was disappointed because they said the belly line couldn’t be made flat (But after visiting consultations, it seems my body just naturally looks like this...)

The manager felt like an older sister... kind of personality, good-natured and spoke in a friendly, easy way
But I didn’t hear much explanation about the surgery method And in my experience, managers like this can charm you into paying, then you never get to see their face again during the whole time you go there, or they quit.. I’ve had that happen before
Also, they had so many reservations.. Since this was the hottest hospital among them, I wanted to book another consultation because I felt a bit disappointed, but they said the next available time was Thursday the following week..?
Because there were so many reservations, I worried a bit about whether post-op care would be handled properly

The manager consultation was a bit long-winded and very lengthy.. It was almost over an hour.. I was really exhausted
The director consultation was really short, maybe 3-5 minutes..? Maybe because it’s a factory-style clinic..? It felt like they wanted to send me off quickly.!
Personally, I don’t like it when the consultation manager sits in during the doctor consultation, but here.. they even lifted up my clothes, and I just felt like the biggest third party in that room. I went there for my own surgery consultation..
During the doctor consultation, they said something like, "It looks like just the lower belly would be fine~" "If you want other areas too, you can do them~" "It’s your decision~"
Turns out this doctor mainly does facial liposuction, so I booked with the director I wanted, but I think I’ll probably cancel.. It’s ironic that because there are always surgery bookings, you can only get the doctor consultation schedule after booking surgery..
Also, they said it’s okay if the surgery doctor and consultation doctor are different, but from my point of view, I couldn’t understand it at all
Here they also have lower abdomen and upper abdomen separated, but they said just the lower belly might be enough The manager said it’s better to do the whole abdomen

I consulted with the deputy manager She was a bit young and explained things well
But I went for consultation at 5 PM on Friday, and she kept recommending a time slot the next day, Saturday, at 1 PM? No.. how am I supposed to suddenly have surgery just a few hours later
The director explained things carefully with photo comparisons Seemed to have a careful personality overall He looked at my body very cautiously
I do think he might be meticulous, but I wondered a little whether he would really remove everything well
The only place that did not recommend doing the pubic bone area together He said the lower belly needs to look flat, but if the pubic area is removed, that part would stand out more
Also, there are stages, and I was at stage 2 If my weight changes by the surgery date compared with the consultation booking, the surgery cost changes too
He said if I don’t remove that area, it could be the one place that gains weight when I get fat, so I was thinking, isn’t it better to do everything at once??
And unlike other places, he also recommended gynecology and internal medicine checkups, and said improving the problem state of my body was the most important thing It felt like he was the most interested in the patient’s physical condition

She was really professional and explained everything in detail Her tone was kind, not AI-like She even knew, when I pinched, how much volume would come out and how thick my abdomen would be
The price was reasonable too
But the director.. has 23 years of experience, but feels like a stubborn old man who can’t communicate..

- You’ll see a lot of effect on the love-handle area of the waistline - Core exercise after surgery is essential, and you need to keep doing a lot of it - The lower belly won’t become completely flat
They all basically said similar things, so I think it’s important to find the hospital that suits me best!
Of course, there should be no side effects or over-suction..~~.
It was tiring going around, but I feel like I learned about my body.. and also about the approximate surgery results I thought liposuction would definitely make a flat stomach.. haha
And when I was only researching online, only the places that were mentioned a lot and had dramatically good reviews kept catching my eye, so I ended up mentally deciding on a hospital
But once you go out and visit in person, it’s different If you go to too many places, it also gets confusing
I think it’s better for your mental health to do a reasonable amount of online and in-person research, and then choose the place that feels right
