Revision Surgery Consultation for Drooping Nasal Tip

I felt like my nasal tip was drooping and my nasal bridge had gotten lower too, so I went for revision surgery consultations. First, I went to two places, Kowon and Yonsei Saint. Maybe because they mainly do nose surgeries, I liked that they took a CT scan and explained things in detail. They also explained the surgical method while considering functional aspects, and the consultations at both places were really, really good. They both said that if the bridge is raised too much, the nose could look long, and they both recommended using autologous costal cartilage to lift the nasal tip. They honestly explained that lifting the nasal tip could make the nose look a bit bulbous, but they said it would still look better than the droopy look I have now, so I did feel hopeful. In terms of style, by my standards, Kowon felt a bit more glamorous, while Yonsei Saint was very close to natural. Since it’s revision surgery, the shape is important, but I can’t ignore the material either, so I think I’ll keep worrying about it. I have appointments booked at two more places, but if they also recommend rib cartilage, I might go with autologous costal cartilage...
