At first, when I went for a consultation because they seemed good at noses, they suggested putting silicone on the nasal bridge, but I didn’t want that, so I just had another doctor shave it down. I had eyes + nose + under-eye fat repositioning + hump nose osteotomy done.
But the correction wasn’t fully completed with just the first surgery. That doctor specialized in eyes... and the doctor who suggested silicone was a nose specialist. It might feel convenient to do everything together, but since you may end up needing revision surgery anyway, even at the same hospital, I think it’s better to leave it to the doctor whose specialty matches the procedure.
It wasn’t that they were bad, but I think a hump nose itself is hard to correct in one go.
