Is it possible for an area that didn’t hurt on day 1 to suddenly start hurting and develop pain? I didn’t overdo anything at all, I only took a light walk..
It hurts so much right now, but I can’t lie down and I’m just sitting awkwardly, and my tailbone hurts, I’m going crazy
Is this a normal, common symptom? ㅜㅜ
And would a light walk help? Or would it be better not to do it
