I’ve had a bit of dark circles since I was young, and at first, even when I wore makeup, nothing would settle under my eyes, but these days it kind of looks like the makeup under my eyes is lifting, or settling into creases? My eyes are like that, so for eyes like this, should I get lower blepharoplasty/fat repositioning? While looking into things, I saw an event for lower blepharoplasty/fat repositioning, and it seemed like my eyes fit the criteria.. lol
