Before <right eye> Before <left eye (keeps forming a double crease)> After <left eye immediately after surgery> After <right eye immediately after surgery> After <left eye 7 hours later> After <right eye 7 hours later> After <when eyes are closed> The results by time are written on the photos!
Honestly, I think tomorrow or the day after tomorrow will probably be when it swells the most.. I’m scared to fall asleep lolololㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
If you look at my previous post, you’ll know, but after my January post I had just decided not to do it, then suddenly a double crease appeared and I started thinking about it again.
I was tempted because I heard double creases disappear if there is one clear, definite line..
I really did a lot of online research on clinics. I live outside Seoul, so I couldn’t go up easily. I was thinking of doing it somewhere nearby, but everyone told me to go to Seoul, so after a lot of thinking, I decided!
For online research, I didn’t just look at this community, but also BabiTalk and two Naver cafes.. I think I looked and looked again to filter out reviews or posts that seemed like ads.
In the end, the clinic I chose was a place with one director, doing 2 or 3 surgeries a day, that kind of place.
TMI, but I go to a one-doctor dermatology clinic and I’m so satisfied with it, so for no real reason I felt more drawn to a clinic with one director.
I didn’t consult, think it over, and then have surgery; I got an online consultation and just decided right away. I set the appointment date, paid the deposit, and planned to have an in-person consultation on the day and go straight into surgery lololol. Isn’t this something J-types would freak out over..
Anyway, I went at my appointment time, consulted with the director, decided on the surgery, paid the remaining balance, changed clothes, listened to precautions and things like that from the manager, signed, took photos, and went into the operating room.
Once I went in for surgery, the director marked the line again, finalized the design, and I lay down. The distance between my eyes and eyebrows isn’t that wide, so we didn’t make the line thick. I wanted a line a little higher than my original in-out line.
But before the consultation, I kept looking at photos of various celebrities and kept getting greedy for something more glamorous.
So I wrote in my notes, “harmonious without breaking my current image, no greed,” and emphasized that during the consultation too.
As a result, I think we set it at about the line where I usually place double-eyelid tape, the maximum in-out line for my eyes without making it look sausage-like.
It hasn’t been long enough to know the progress yet, and it was ptosis correction + buried suture double eyelid surgery, but I really hope it doesn’t come undone.. Pain? There isn’t much, and I felt a bit dizzy and had a headache because of the sedation anesthesia. My eyes don’t feel extremely heavy, but they do feel weighty and slightly tight.
Please look at the photos and leave your personal opinions on how my swelling looks and whether the marks when my eyes are closed will disappearㅠㅠ It’s my first surgery, so my mind just feels all unsettled(´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥`)
