Before <KakaoTalk messages with false and untrue guidance from the hospital about medical law> Before <before surgery> Before <after surgery> I’m writing this hoping there will never again be another victim like me. If you’re interested in under-eye fat repositioning or are about to have surgery, I hope you read this at least once and make a choice you won’t regret.
First of all, the hospital where I had surgery had so many promotional posts on communities and apps. I can’t know whether they were real posts, ads, brokers, or company posts,
but if you decide on surgery after reading unsourced posts like that and then side effects happen, there’s no answer.
You can’t go back. The fact is that what’s been damaged can never be restored, no matter how much money you pay.
★ As someone who has had surgery, I really regret choosing this kind of hospital because I never saw even one post like this.
Don’t regret it like I do. Even if you regret it, regretting after knowing and regretting without knowing are different. I hope there will never again be another victim like me.
----- I had surgery at Lee x Plastic Surgery Clinic in Sinsa:
under-eye fat repositioning + nano fat grafting for dark circles + anterior cheek fat grafting.
※ After that, a huge number of side effects showed up?
▶ Sensation disappeared on half of my face. It seems like nerve damage. (Tingling and numbness, all the way to the cheekbone, nose, under-eye area, and lips) ▶ Scleral show (the under-eye area is fixed and won’t move up, so my eyes look uneven, and when I smile, one eye doesn’t close completely) ▶ Dark circles (they got worse. People around me say as soon as they see me, “Why are your dark circles so bad?”) ▶ The aegyo-sal boundary disappeared / I also show symptoms of entropion
* They also discarded my before/after surgery photos, so they won’t show them to me for confirmation. (Is this really a professional hospital?)
When they’re selling, they say they’re professional, and that people line up to get surgery even without seeing the director. Never trust what consultation managers say.
After these side effects happened, I requested a follow-up with the director. But they wouldn’t schedule a director follow-up?
(The story is long, so I’ll only write the facts.) They just kept telling me to wait, saying we had to watch it over time, persuading me and avoiding it, and didn’t schedule a director follow-up.
After 8-9 months like that, I finally got to see the director for a follow-up.
But the answers I heard at the follow-up were absurd and didn’t make sense, so when I requested another follow-up together with my guardian,
★ ★they confidently gave false and untrue guidance, saying that having a follow-up with a guardian is a violation of medical law★ ★. I was so dumbfounded that I asked several times.
The coordinator team and the consultation manager all gave the same false guidance. (I have phone and KakaoTalk evidence.)
When I said let’s end this with a full refund and an apology from the staff who gave false guidance,
they said they would refund half? And when I told them to have the staff who gave the false guidance apologize, they said the staff were young and didn’t know, so they would handle it internally.
So I told them not to contact me anymore about future treatment, A/S, revision surgery, or refunds.
Then someone calling themselves a general manager? whom I had never seen at the hospital contacted me under an alias. It’s the first time I’ve seen a plastic surgery clinic use an alias.
Anyway, the surgical result is one thing, but if I had known the aftercare would be like this, I wouldn’t have had the surgery.
And they say this is a hospital where there are no director follow-ups afterward. Everyone, know this before deciding on surgery.
As someone currently suffering from side effects, I’ll say just one thing.
“Side effect reviews” get temporarily restricted and things like that, so in reality it’s hard for consumers to see them, making it difficult to make the right choice.
Across all kinds of apps and communities, mostly successful-result posts are uploaded.
Many of those successful-result posts are also written by hospitals or are broker recommendations.
★ Think about it. If someone’s surgery went well, there’s no patient who keeps leaving review posts, replying to comments, and managing them.
I hope people who are always getting cosmetic surgery look into everything, think it over a hundred times, and be careful.

I hope you recognize the risks of surgery to some extent and decide carefully. I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did.
Once something is damaged, it can never be turned back. The hospital won’t take responsibility either; that’s a fact. There are many hospitals that say they’ll do this and that, then turn around and don’t.
