I agonized so much over before-before-after-after-after liposuction and finally got it done this time. I don't really gain weight in my arms and legs, but my upper-body obesity is severe ㅠㅠ Did it turn out well so far? And after liposuction, how should I diet? ㅠㅠ Exercise is...
