About a year ago, I went for a consultation for facial contouring surgery, but the director told me not to do it, so I was just about to go home. Then suddenly the consultant called me over and kind of started recommending surgery. But then they told me to pay a 1 million won reservation deposit. Something felt off, but I paid the deposit for now and went home. After thinking it over again, I felt like I just shouldn't do it, so I called to get the reservation deposit back, and they said they couldn't refund the deposit. I was dumbfounded. 1 million won isn't a small amount of money, so I said if they didn't return the deposit, I'd handle it legally, and only then did they give it back lol
