My first nose surgery was so long ago that I don’t really remember it (silicone was used), and I had side effects right away, so I had a revision surgery around four years ago. The nasal tip also has a drooping shape, and most importantly, my nose is too upturned, so my nostrils show really badly. That’s why I think I need a second revision surgery. I feel distressed wondering if there are many cases like mine.. Right now, I have ear cartilage and silicone in my nose together. I do think the nasal tip shape (nostrils) is more important than the nose height, but the surgery cost is so expensive that I’m torn… Honestly, even if I have surgery again, what worries me most is whether contracture won’t occur. Has anyone here had a second revision surgery? Haㅜㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
