Yesterday, as my first surgery, I had 8-year-old silicone completely removed Through an open approach, removal of silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + cartilage repositioning was completed
The day before surgery, I was so nervous I couldn’t sleep I even arrived an hour earlier than the time the clinic told me to come lol That’s how nervous I was..ㅜㅜ

Since it had been 8 years, there was a lot of capsule built up.. They said if they opened it and thought the capsule needed to be removed, they would remove it After opening it, they said it looked like it needed removal, so they removed all the capsule too
They also restored my pinched nasal tip by reinforcing it with the septal cartilage that had originally been used...
There wasn’t much bleeding, so I didn’t even have nasal packing And there isn’t much swelling either! (Only the glabella area is a bit swollen??) Compared to my first surgery when silicone was inserted, there’s no swelling, bruising, or stuffiness, so I’m just really surprised lol
I still have a splint on, so I don’t know what my nose shape will be like But I feel relieved~~
I’m going to get the splint removed tomorrow, so I’ll bring another review~!
