There was also silicone showing through the tip, so I ended up having revision surgery They said the inflammation had spread seriously across the bridge of the nose. First, they removed the existing silicone, and I had revision surgery 6 months later, after all the inflammation had definitely disappeared. I had surgery with autologous rib cartilage, and compared with a friend who had the same surgery at another clinic, the incision was bigger, but the pain was much less. I was able to go back to daily life sooner than I expected. It also seems that the incision site for autologous rib cartilage varies by clinic.
