Before before before after after I had nose surgery once a few years ago, but at that time, it seemed like the hump wasn't corrected properly. So I narrowed down hospitals known for revision surgery and looked into them, and had surgery with Dr. Cha Myung-gyu at Wannabe in Sinsa. My nose was on the low and short side, and I was 100% sure that an overly glamorous line wouldn't suit my face lol I absolutely wanted something natural. But with just a spoonful of glam, a naturally elegant look. hahaha So I really emphasized that I wanted it to look natural, and I think the line came out well, so I'm very satisfied. For the first 3-4 days, there was a lot of swelling and throbbing pain, but as expected, time was the best medicine. As each day passed, the swelling went down so much that morning and evening looked different, and the shape started settling. I had it done using donated costal cartilage, and at first it felt a bit tight and firm, but that foreign-body sensation also became much less uncomfortable and more natural with time. Now I actually enjoy putting on makeup, and since the nose, the center of the face, changed, my overall impression changed too. Dr. Cha Myung-gyu was gentle during the pre-surgery consultation, and he was also very meticulous during post-op progress checks, so I didn't feel even the slightest discomfort and felt very comfortable. If anyone is thinking about nose surgery, I recommend going in for a consultation at least once.
