Eye Side Effects@eye-sideeffect

Could this be a side effect from my posterior lower canthoplasty....? Please help me ㅠㅠ

It’s been 9 days since I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery + posterior lower canthoplasty. The lower canthoplasty was done with periosteal fixation, and it wasn’t opened excessively either ㅜㅜ  My eyes used to fold into a half-moon shape when I smiled with my eyes, but after the surgery, when I smile, the thread feels like it’s pulling under my eyes, so I can’t smile with my eyes and my pupils show. Not only the eye shape, but my facial muscles themselves feel so unnatural and bizarre..... I don’t know what to do, like someone who forgot how to smile ..... Is this normally like this ...? Could it be because I haven’t fully recovered yet ...? I went to work, but my self-esteem has dropped so much, and I’m really debating whether I should get restoration as soon as possible. Also, even when I’m still, there’s a pulling sensation + foreign body sensation + a sharp poking pain at the end of the lateral canthoplasty area every time I move my eyeballs ... The doctor said it takes 2-3 months for it to loosen, or they could loosen it for me, but that it isn’t pulled down that much right now ..? If I really wait, will it go back ...? Anyone who’s had posterior lower canthoplasty, please help me ㅜㅜ 1. If I get restoration, is it simple, and can it completely go back to how it was before? 2. After more than a month passes, do the pulling sensation and eye-smile all come back .. Anyone who knows even a little, please tell me ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ I’m so depressed and worried .......
